Also don't sleep with the thing on it will crack and they say warranty isn't covered under a cracked screen that it is a cosmetic issue. I don't believe it's a cosmetic issue because now my watches useless and I'm going to throw it away because the second it gets wet or anything gets in that cracked screen it's going to break the watch and customer service already told me that they will not replace it after it breaks just to be careful and not get it wet worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life I can't believe Fitbit is this horrible I would like to speak to the CEO and it blows my mind

I also told them how I read that Target replace a Fitbit Versa that had a cracked screen. They told me that Target fitbit's aren't the same as their fitbit's at their global international company and trying to make money and they can't do that and Target can do what they want

Wow....that seems like a bunch of bull. Even Best Buy covers crack and scratches with their warranty. I swear, Fitbits customer service is the worse. I mean, yeah we bought their products, yeah, they got our money but if they want us to be returning customers then they better step up their customer service and satisfaction. This is very disappointing. How can Targets fitbits be different than the regular Fitbits? That doesn’t make sense at all.
