Why was the transfer music option removed from computer?

Why did they removed the option to transfer mp3 files from computer to fitbit devices? Doesn't this violate the consumer's right to the properties of the purchased item? Have they removed this option only for devices manufactured after October 13th Or for all?

Hi @Padre_Pepe  it's not the date of when the Fitbit was manufactured, it's the date for discontinuing the use of the Fitbit Connect app on computers.
