Why will my Fitbit switch to kid view. It keeps spooling. It will not even load the kids profile. It keeps kicking me out and I have to sign in again

May I ask what phone you have @Aislin?  

I assume your on your phone, not the Versa. 

When you tap family or the child, what happens?

I have an iPhone s. when I select one of the kids profile in family, it goes to switching to kid view. And thats it. It will not go any further. It just keeps spooling.
