Hundreds of us with the same problem. No syncing, no notifications, not keeping correct time. You will be informed to follow the remedies recommended by Fitbit like restarting your Fitbit, turning Bluetooth on and off, unpairing your device and repairing, deleting and reinstalling the app.... and finally will be directed to do a factory reset. Guess what? Nothing works! I’m so frustrated! Fitbit support is, well, not supportive!

Thank you. It IS very frustrating. Lots of issues, followed by more issues. They’re faking it. Overreach. Long time Fitbit user for not too much longer if they don’t finally get it right
