Why wont my Versa 3 connect to my phone after dying and being recharged?

My Versa 3 died for the first time since I got it 2 days ago. I charged it up and the screen still said the date of when it died and the time it died, it resumed from the point it died. However my phone will no longer connect to my watch. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Logged in and out of my account. Tried to set up my Versa 3 again on my account. Turned my Bluetooth on and off many times. Nothing is working to get my Versa 3 to connect to my phone again. It's stuck on the wrong time and date but I don't know how to fix it. Please help me somebody

Hi @surelmia - it would seem that the watch is unresponsive.

Try pressing the button for 8 seconds continuously until the logo appears, to restart it.

If you can't do that wait for it to run down completely.

Or if you are able to double tap the screen, swipe the face left to get to settings, scroll to the bottom and do Shutdown. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it, or push the button for a second.
