Why wont my music stay on

• So on my versa my music isnt displayed after awhile i dont understand it it turns my bluetooth from pair too off can n e 1 help with this btw before this update everything was fine it would work every time i needed it too also how do i go about getting the vibration back when i got from my clock to music control?

Try turning your bt setting on the versa to on. Pair is only used so that the phone can find the Versa Classic during the initial pairing of the BT device.

The versa BT will switch from pair to on if their is a phone connected. Without a connected phone the BT should switch off. 

May i ask what the issue is and the type of phone?

Galaxy s9 n my heart rate monitur works but it doesn't say its connected in my bt menu, and i finally figured out how to contact fitbit n there just sending me a new 1 thankfully. but thank you 4 the caring hardest thing is waiting now.i hope nothing is wrong with the new 1 you no.
