Why would my versa 2 louse time and steps? for the last 2 days it gives me no valid readings.

Time is off by at least  30 minetes.  Steps ?

Hi @graylady - first try restarting the watch - hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start. Try syncing.

If the sync doesn't fix the time, in the Fitbit App, click profile photo and App settings, toggle Off/On the automatic time zone and sync again.

If this doesn't work, logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window then restart the phone and watch again.
