i need to check something quick (if possible).
does anyone else, when updating the versa and trying to do so via wifi have it fail to connect at all? do you have your SSID set to broadcast?
i just did this and it turns out (in my case at least) that it's due to the SSID not being broadcast. if i enabled that then i connected straight away and updated. i'm wondering if people not being able to connect via wifi and having to use bluetooth and possibly restarting their versa/cancelling and trying again causes corruption of some kind? before the update i could only see either the blue logo or when trying to update - the white logo and that's it.
i tried to add the wifi details manually in the app and it accepts them but it still fails.
finally updated now but for some reason when i swipe up, scroll down and click settings I only see 3 options, not the 7 i had before - Fitbit are having to send me a new pebble/screen (which i hope means versa). freaking weird.

Other people have mentioned having only 3 options, not 7, and the solution for them was to delete the Fitbit app from their phones, re-install the Fitbit app on the phone, and then sync Versa 2 (either all-day sync or manually force a sync or wait for a background sync). Hope that helps!

thanks man,
but i've just uninstalled the fitbit app and reinstalled it after removing the versa from the app and then factory resetting the versa, went through setup and synced. stats etc show up, but i still only have the 3 options showing, not 7.
checked the 'today' app to check if an update is available but nothing. it's dated sept 5th.
before updating the fitbit software earlier it was fine. fitbit is sending a replacement but at least in the meantime i can still use this one for logging stuff, but something odd is wrong with it
