I have been having problems syncing with phone app since I updated the format a few days ago. Now even when I log onto the computer, my information from my Versa is not there. Does anyone have any ideas? How do I get my wifi back on the Versa?

Please log out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. After this, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, check out if your Versa syncs your data to your Fitbit app properly.
