I can't seem to find anyone else who's had this problem, so I'm posting my issue. I have been struggling with wifi connection on the Versa for over a week now. I was ONCE able to get the Versa to connect to my home wifi, but only for a few minutes and then never again afterwards. I have no idea *how* I was able to get it to work the one time, and my attempts to repeat all of the actions I thought I took did not result in any different outcomes.
My problem is this - inside of the Wifi Settings (Android verions) AND inside of Wifi Set Up on Windows 10 app (on two separate machines) - any time I access these screens they do not load. Sometimes I see a loader spinning, sometime the "Bluetooth" is off error, sometimes... nothing at all outside of the title on the window.
I cannot even GET to the steps listed on all support pages, community posts - there's nothing for me to do but sit and watch while nothing happens. One time after waiting for the wifi set up screen to load for maybe 5 minutes - after having told my phone to forget the Versa, I could FINALLY see the networks it would have attempted to connect to based on what I presume my phone connects to regularly. From there I attempted to add the 2.4hz network in my home, and it looked like it maybe did for a moment? Nothing has worked since. Not even after having told EVERY devices' bluetooth to forget about the Versa and strictly use wifi.
This strikes me as more of an app(s) issue rather than the device itself. I have no known way of checking how the Versa is trying to connect, and when it's in the charger (and supposedly auto connected to wifi) I obviously cannot interact with it.
This really doesn't feel like it should be difficult. I understand the android platform is fragmented and a nightmare to develop on, but Windows 10 is standardized enough that this should not be an issue. I'm happy to post screenshots of the hanging screens if that's helpful. I'd just really like this problem to be fixed, and if a fix is expected in an upcoming build, I am happy to wait. I would just like to know when/if/how this is going to be resolved.

How do you load music on Bluetooth? It will not let me. My issue is trying to connect to the wifi network in order to load music from iTunes.
Its been failure after failure.

None of those options have worked.
My Versa did a full update with no issues and does not show any updates to perform.
Sometimes my phone doesn't recognize the versa or won't locate it with Bluetooth.
Biggest frustration is trying to load the music. It will not find any wifi network... And when it does, it claims I am giving it the wrong password and will reject the wifi.
I have restarted phone, computer, Uninstalled and reinstalled app on phone and computer. I've done all of the outlined Troubleshooting in the link you ate ached

First thing we need to do is to determine if Fitbit has straightened out the Wifi problem from earlier today. TgeTbanner is gone so I'll assume it has been fixed .
As for loading music. This needs to be done through WiFi and the computer. Not the phone.
When connecting the Versa to WiFi the Versa needs to be plugged in and charging, this is when the WiFi is turned on.
As for setting up this connection. this can be done through the phone or computer.

Yes, I know all of this and I've done all those things. Nothing works.
Also, this morning, my Versa would not sync and I had to reboot Bluetooth several times.
Is this all normal?? This seems to be the most time consuming, inconvenient item I've ever bought. This is my 5th fitbit. I'm not new to this.

Also...
Versa connected to computer with charger and the computer app cannot locate the tracker.
On top of Bluetooth issues.
On top of wifi issues.
On top of constant syncing with phones issues.
This thing is a paperweight!

Follow up...
I even attempted a factory reset to do a complete new sync to my account.
Now it's claiming it cannot connect or find my unit and saying Bluetooth is not working.
Printed out return label!!

Have you removed the Versa from the phones Bluetooth. This will be needed for the Versa to be discoverable .
I would either. turn off/on bluetooth to restart it, or restart the phone. Generally if the app can't comunicate with the phones Bluetooth drivers a phone restart will fix this. and if the app can not talk to Bluetooth it wont be able to talk to the Fitbit .
The factory reset will require setting up the tracker as if it is new to you, it will not help a sync issue .

What phone did you use? Getting same issue where the "WiFi Setup" screen in the app never loads.

I am having this EXACT same issue, almost a year after the original poster. I am beyond frustrated. Is this a widespread problem again??

Same problem! Nothing is loading on my wifi screen. I've had my Ionic for 7 months and connected to my home wifi without any problems. Now, my watch has diconnected from my wifi and has not tracked a movement since May 11th. I'm just getting a white screen with a loading symbol but nothing else appears. This watch is too expensive for this type of connection problem.

@Fefejohnson since WiFi is only used for loading music on to the tracker, installing firmware(optional), and updating apps(optiinal), lack of WiFi will not be the cause of a white screen, lack of tracking, or a lack of syncing.
As for your white screen, is this on the ionic or in the Fitbit app?
My thought would be to start your own thread about your unique problems.

Same issue reported here... Just want to be able to download music to my versa without the need to go jogging with my phone..
