Does anyone else have an issue getting the WiFi to stay connected? I have been working with tech support to resolve my issues and I am wondering if anyone else is having the same issues. I also cannot get my versa to sync with my Pandora account. I have a Samsung 8+ and I have also had this issue on the Moto Zforce 2.

Hello @SunsetRunner, awesome to have you as a new member of the Fitbit Community! My apologies for the late response and I was reading you have been in contact with our Customer Support Team. I would recommend to keep working and reporting any eventuality to them if the issue persists.
In the other hand, since you have been in contact with our Support team, I assume they have guided you through some troubleshooting steps already. So, as a matter of review, I would like to share with you this help article to see if there is any additional details to try: Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi?
Just a few things to keep in mind that might give you some extra help:
Make sure to connect your tracker to your charging cable and move closer to your router.
If you are transferring music from Pandora, your watch only stays in transfer mode for a few minutes. If you took a few extra minutes to choose your playlists, restart the download.
Just a heads up, I have relocated your post from our Android board to our Versa forum, so your topic align more with the discussions of this thread.
Let me know how it turns out. I'll be around!
