The wifi keeps stopping as soon as i leave the wifi setting page in the fitbit app. Any ideas on how to keep it connected? The problem started when I did an update today and tried to add the bitmoji clock face.

Hi,WiFi will only stay connected between your Versa and your phone when the Versa is in the charger and connected tou your PC. Also the WiFi connection will be enabled when you activate the WiFi on your phone. It's best to connect your phone also to your PC. In the Fitbit app go to WiFi settings and press it. You will see the name of your home's network with right next to it a WiFi icon. Press that icon and Fitbit will start making the connection. Once finished, the WiFi icon turns to blue and the message will appear "connected". To check whether your Versa is also connected, go to the settings of your Versa, press it, scroll down to device info and press that too. If you see an IP address there, your Versa is connected to WiFi. Mind though that your Versa will be connected to your WiFi as long as it's in the charger!!

Thabks for your reply. I never connect my Fitbit to my PC and rarely connect.my phone to my PC. I will try connecting while it is in the charger. Hopefully I can get it to connect. It's weird that I have been able to download clock faces using wifi while wearing the Fitbit previously .
