I have done all the help topics at least 5 times and it will not connect. My phone connects to wifi just fine. I have restarted Fitbit and my phone. I have disconnected and reconnected my Fitbit to my phone. I have deleted the Fitbit app. Nothing works

I have done this many times, it doesn’t work. It will not find the network. I have selected other and added the network that didn’t work either. It used to a month ago. Very disappointing

Hi, in order to get your WiFi up and running, do the following:

See this:

The Versa will only connect to WiFi when it's in the charger and connected to a PC, As the Versa does not have WiFi on its own, it uses the WiFi of your Phone or PC as a bridge. Whenever you have done this, go to your device's Fitbit app and to WiFi settings. Do you see your Network now? If yes, press on it and enter manually the password of your router, mind you it's Capital sensitive. Once you have done that, there should appear on the right side of your network's name a white icon. Press that and Fitbit starts connecting to your network. Whenever this succeeded, the white icon will turn to blue and it will say "connected". At this time your Versa is also connected to WiFi, but only, as stated above, as long as it's in the charger and connected to your PC. If no network is present, press add network, enter the name of your router and password manually (again Capital sensitive) and it will be added as your network. For the rest it's the same as if your network was already present, e.g. white icon, etc.
