Wifi staying on doesn't work with bluetooth on

I have been very disappointed in the Versa. I had a Pebble Steel before the Versa I really liked my Pebble I could even answer text on it, the battery life was unreal. But fitbit bought it out and did away with them but assured us versa would be on the same level basically. That it would do a lot of the same stuff but it does not. I have had more problems the the versa and I just got it than I had with the pebble the entire time I owned it. My biggest pet peeve at the moment is my fitbit wifi will only stay on if I stay in the wifi settings on the fitbit app if I turn it on then go to somewhere else either in the app or on the phone it turns off. Also when I turn the fitbit wifi on it turns the bluetooth off and if I have the bluetooth on the wifi won't work.

Actually the wifi on your Versa will normally only turn on while it is being charged. At this time it will download any app and music updates. Wifi can be forced on by forcing a Firmware or music update..

Unless your updating the formare or adding music there is no reason to have wifi on.

 

Considering that Fitbit did not by pebble but only the technology and their techs, does not mean that every option is going to be added to Fitbits.
