I have had my Versa since January and I am in the throes of marathon training. It seems since last weekend something has gone amiss with it and I urgently need it fixed due to my training schedule.
Inaccurate GPS
I ran a 1/2 marathon on Sunday as part of my training. I was looking to run at an approx 10:00 - 10:10 pace per mile to get a PB. Upon starting tracking (from my iPhone) at the start of the race - Fitbit told me I ran my first mile in 6:22 which just is not possible! I knew I was running at an approx 10:00 p/m pace. By the end of the 1/2 according to Fitbit I had run 16.80 miles when in fact I had run in the region of 13.1 miles (you never run spot on so it was prob closer to 13.5). I am due to run a 16-mile training run on Sunday and I urgently need this rectified.
Data synching on dashboard, but not on watch display?
I also noticed today when I checked the 'Today' dashboard on my Versa - this too isn't working correctly? The last sleep that is logged is from last Saturday night, and more worryingly, I have had 2 out 5 days of exercise so far this week. This is logged on my dashboard (as is my sleep) but is not updating on the 'Today' dashboard on my Versa?
I have tried turning my Versa on and off - I have synched. Not sure if disconnecting and then reconnecting my device would help?
I am really relying on my Versa right now - I upgraded from an Alta HR to a Versa earlier this year with the sole purpose of supporting me through marathon training so I hope someone can help me fix it as I approach the toughest part of my training.
Thanks 🙂

I have just tried connecting my Versa as a new device as well and this hasn't fixed the problem ...?
