I currently have a Blaze and a few accessory bands that I really like. Will these bands work on the Versa? I don't want to have to buy all new bands if I decide to upgrade to the Versa.

Sorry to disappoint you, but the Versa has a very original band system. The bands from the blaze just won’t work.

I see a lot of bands for the Versa, sure. But none of them are "slim" or feminine looking other than the fact that they're bright pink or purple. I want bands like for the Blaze that are more refined, not obviously a sports band or thick chunky leather bands. I was wondering the same thing, because I'd love to put the slim camel band on the Versa or have an option to purchase one for it.

I went ahead and bought the Versa and the Blaze bands do fit. I wanted to use a brand new black leather Blaze band I had bought and an “expert” poster said it wouldn’t work. It did. So the answer ended up being Yes.

Has anyone else confirmed that blaze bands fit? I have a nine inch wrist and own a blaze with an XL band that fits me well. I would like to get the versa but no band is currently large enough.

Ok. Were your bands official Fitbit bands? Mine are and it is tempting to grab a versa if the blaze band can be used. I called Fitbit today and was told they have no plans for an XL band but kindly offered to sell me 2 of their metal link band that I could make into one class band for the low price of 199.98 plus shipping, haha.

@CherylDH The bands will fit, but they may not look great. The Versa lug size is 24 mm, which is a very standard size. The Blaze lug size is 23 mm, because everything with Fitbit has to be proprietary and not compatible between models. The thing is, the lug where you insert the band in the Versa is very small and angled a little weird. You actually need to be careful with some bands that are advertised as for Versa, as they will fit, but they might not look very good, because they will stick out from the lugs at weird angles.
If that all makes sense.

Hi
The leather type bands for the blaze do seem to fit nicely on the versa but the silicon type ones don't fit to well or at all. I tried them as I have both watch's and numerous bands for the blaze that I really like. Also the metal ones for the blaze don't fit versa either, as they are a different setting for the pin to attach to.

I just bought both the Versa and a Blaze. I couldn't get the band from the Versa to fit into the Blaze.

I don't think it will work. @CherylDH is talking about the Blaze bands fitting on the Versa, not the other way around. I don't have either device so I can't tell you anything.
Thanks for visiting!

Blaze lug is about 23 mm. Versa is about 24. Blaze will fit Versa, though the angle might be weird. Versa is bigger and will not fit Blaze.

Thanks, that helps a lot. I just ordered a few new bands on eBay for my Blaze. Then I saw the new Versa and have it on my xmas wish list (LOL) so this gives me hop 🙂

Did you check Amazon? I just saw a slim one with quite a few color options. Bayite is the brand name.

Hi everyone. I wanted to help in this matter so I tried switching a Blaze wristband with the Versa. The answer is that you can't change them or at least I couldn't because the Blaze band is wider than the Versa band. I took pictures so you can compare both bands.
I did try changing the pins but I still couldn't use the Blaze band. Hope this helps anyone who checks this thread.
I'll be around!

I now have the versa too. I have tried 2 of my blaze bands and they both fit easily. So my suggestion is to try and see.

in answer to your question yes you can wear Fitbit versa straps with the Fitbit Blaze as I have both and I have tried the straps from the versa with the blaze and they fitted perfectly .
