I had to return my new Fitbit Versa because there was a defect where the wristband goes (no hole for pin on one side) all of my registration information and set up is online for the code and watch. When I get the new versa, can I use my email and information that I input online?

I agree with our friend here, you can paired your replacement to your current Fitbit account without losing your information by following these steps from the Fitbit app:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
