Anyone know if Fitbit is working on an update to make the Versa compatible with Samsung Note 8 or Note 9? I bought my Versa yesterday and I get notifications but the versa doesn't sync with the Fitbit app.

Hi, have a look at this site: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315/?q=compatible&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1. This will show you which devices are supported by Fitbit. Scroll down to Android Devices, press it and scroll down to Samsung. There you will see the the Note 9 is supported. Good luck.

@Fritter87 Welcome to the community! You mention your Versa received the notifications that means there is no issue with bluetooth connection and it should sync. Can you take a look at the Fitbit mobile app or Dashboard on Fitbit.com when the tracker has synced last time? Also, make sure All-Day Sync, Always Connected and Keep Alive Widget are enabled in your Fitbit mobile app.
