Go to www.fitbit.com/devices and check if your device is supported by Fitbit by typing in the name of your device. I'm afraid you will get the same problem with the Versa as with the Blaze, cause the device site mentions wither Fitbit supports your device. Would be strange that Fitbit does not support the Blaze whilst supporting the Versa.

Hey @Tinam18, welcome aboard! If you are currently using the Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus, you should have no inconveniences with it 'cause this phone model is compatible to work with Fitbit devices. But if you do, please take a look at the troubleshooting in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Thanks for your help @SunsetRunner!
Let me know how it goes!

Glad to see that on the site provided by you, Fitbit supports the Galaxy S8 Plus. Strange though is that when I type the same device in on the www.fitbit.com/devices site, this is the answer I get: "Sorry, your device was not found. Try searching again, or use the drop down menus below." Odd. From now on I will use the site you provided instead the devices one of Fitbit in order to prevent from giving a wrong advice.
