Will my Versa connect with my MacBook Pro or my Galaxy Note 9?

I only have a MacBook Pro and a Galaxy Note9 phone either of which allows me to connect my Versa.

Any help would be appreciated

Hi, you mean "neither" instead of either. The Galaxy Note 9 is supported by Fitbit as far as I know, so it should work and you only want to sync your Versa to your PC. Try the following and keep me posted:

Put your Versa in the charger and connect it via USB to your PC. Set BT on your Versa to pairing and switch the BT settings on your PC on and press search for new BT device. Once your PC has found the Versa, you can close the BT settings on your PC and it should be working. To check that go to www.fitbit,com/dashboard.

Hope this helps. Good luck!!

Hi, see this page and you will seen that the Note 9 is supported by Fitbit: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315/?q=compatible&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1 . Go to Android  devices and scroll to Samsung Devices.

Hey @makhalle04, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is one of the compatible devices to work with Fitbit trackers and watches, as you can see in the help article that my friend @SunsetRunner posted above.

If you are experiencing set up issues, please take a look at the troubleshooting in this help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Let me know how it goes!

Hi, probably you're indeed missing something. As HeydyFitbit already wrote to you your device is compatible with Fitbit. Here is the link again: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315/?q=compatible&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1 . Scroll down to Android devices, press it, scroll down to Samsung and the last mentioned name is the Galaxy Note 9.

Thanks for your reply @makhalle04! Go to fitbit.com/help and on the search bar that is on the upper right corner, type "compatible", then enter and you'll be prompted to the help article: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?  The scroll down and you'll find the part that says "Android devices", then you'll find the Samsung models that are compatible with Fitbit.

Hope this helps!
