As @Odyssey13 mentioned, you must pair your new Versa 3 to keep your history. Check: How do I set up a replacement device or add a second device to my account?

Hi Andrea,
I am still having challenges. Neither of the set-up steps in the link above come up for me.
I do think I have been on the route to set up a new device period, not into my existing account. I am not asked to identify the new watch, etc.
Help!!!

Thanks for getting back to us and I´m sorry to hear that you haven´t been able to set up your new Fitbit with your account @trxstrong.
What happens when you go to the provided link and try to set up your Versa 3? Were you asked to pair with another email address?

Hi again, don't think my previous email went thru.
I have tried both Connect & the app. On Connect, the whole dashboard/other is greyed out, and does not respond to anything. It also is now just tracking calories, not steps...weird.
On the app, I can get to replace your device, and then it gets weird. It seems like the program just reconnects to my current Versa 3. The new watch is fully charged, and there is a prompt on the screen, along with a down arrow, indicating to download the app? in several different languages.
Bluetooth will not connect to the new one...
I have been asked nothing....
help!

Thanks for getting back to us and for describing what has happened when you tried connecting your new Versa 3 @trxstrong.
When you try connecting the new device is the old Versa 3 apart? Please try connecting your new Versa 3 with the provided instructions away from the old Versa 3.

Choosing the replace option should work.removing the old tracker. You! could through setting; shutdown yoir old tracker
With android, when the new tracker is turned on the phone should sense it and offer to setup.

Hello,
I am going to give it a try again....
a couple of things to resolve first?
app on phone with current watch no longer is tracking steps, it is tracking calories. Steps are tracked ok on the watch and on thru Connect on my computer. I want them all to sync before I start with the new watch?
On Connect, the whole system is greyed out...?

Current steps of the day will move to your account when you pair your device. Make sure to follow @Rich_Laue ´s advise in order to pair your Versa 3.

thanks I got it done. the instructions did not help, as the instructions did not replicate what was pulling up on the watch.
