Will only synch if I uninstall and then reinstall the app, then again the next day.....

Had no problems with my Versa 2 since buying it several months ago until 3 days ago.  It will not synch unless I uninstall the app and then install it again.   It will then synch for a few hours then back to square 1.  I have also done everything else recommended. Help, as I'm running out of paitence.

Let's look at the help doc

Also sometimes a shut down of the tracker or phone is needed.

It is helpful to include the phone model when asking about a phone problem.

Android phone.  OnePlus 6t.  I have done all the other things suggested.  Fitbit shutdown, phone turn off, bluetooth off, on etc and much more...  Stays connected initially after reinstalling, then can't synch again after a couple of hours.

I have the same problem with my Charge 4 and iPad.  First thing, every morning, I have to uninstall app and then re-install it before it will sync with my Charge 4. It is getting to be really annoying. Anyone with ideas on how to solve this issue.
