My Versa 2 is giving me e500 error messages where I should be getting blood sugar readings. I am using the Charge (not really sure if that's correct) clock face. Has anyone received this error message? I've tried everything I can think of including many phone calls to Fitbit and Dexcom for help.
I would like to purchase the Versa 3 since it is a newer version, but I want to make sure that it will work with the Dexcom app.
Looking for help, please.
