There are still some bugs with the Versa. Don't get me wrong: Alot of it is good 🙂 but tracking sleep isn't reliable right now and I see alot of other users experiencing the same and other issues.
I would like this topic not to escalate into everything thats still wrong with the device, but get a fair answer to if the Versa still gets any attention from your development department? And if so, when we can expect new updates to come through.
After the last update things got very quiet for many months now.

I have been through many Fitbit devices and find that Fitbit does upgrade the OS to fix problems and maybe give a new feature. This stops rather quickly and there will few if any additional updates after that. They are not continuously looking for ways to improve a now older device.

I’d like to know too. I bought it at release and then returned it. Too many buggy issues. I keep checking back to see if things have gotten better so I can repurchase.

Fitbit has been known to send out occasional FW releases, but it's hard to tell exactly when this will happen. Should it happen with the Versa, my best advice is to keep it near your syncing device and on the charger if possible.

I wish I had returned mine. It’s pretty useless for me.
