Will there be a resolution to the swimming data on Versa 2 ??

Dear Fitbit,

We've been waiting months for an honest answer.  When we activate the swimming exercise, we get a useless stopwatch, and no laps, distance, goal or any other useful information.  Many community members have voted for these complaints and asked for resolution.  Many others have gotten rid of their devices (or at least threatened to).  Can someone at Fitbit answer the simple question - Are you going to put swimming data on the watch where it is available during swimming?  We really just want to know whether our complaints and requests are being heard and/or addressed, or if we are just a nuisance to Fitbit and wasting our time with the requests.

Please answer honestly, Fitbit.

Let me help you with your inquiry. This type of features are worked by the specialist team. Sadly and being honest here I don't have any information about which features they may be working now and when they may be released. The best thing you can do is vote for the idea. I know that popular ideas are considered for implementation and many have been applied directly to customers feedback and suggestions.
