Windows 10 - app - frustration with Versa, Huawei, no linux support

New Versa owner,

So far the device is great

The frustration is trying to get the dam thing to sync

So my Huawei P smart sync'ing is problematic, kinda hit and miss. (Android 6)

I have to restart the phone, unpair the Versa, restart the watch and I might be blessed with a sync

No joy with my Android Acer a3-a11 tablet either

No joy with my Samsung J1-16

I run linux, so no joy there either.

So I dirtied myself and ran Windows 10 on my laptop

The app store app can't dowload it just shows a Try that again page after clicking download with the following error: 0x8000FFFF CV:y/gkBKGSWUa4icdB

The Fitbit app for windows 7 runs on Windows 10 but shows a connect bluetooth dongle page, even though my laptop has a bluetooth connection built in and it is showing connected to the versa.

About to return this paper weight if I do not have a solution soon. Its about as joyous as my Samsung Fit that was bundled with the Samsung J1-16 and was incompatible with the phone it was sold with! I have not brought a single Samsung product since then and Fitbit might end up in the same category.

I have the sync working with the Samsung J1-16 but still no joy with the windows 10 app. Hoping that the Versa will get a fix to work with my recent Huawei p Smart
