I tried pairing my wireless earbuds with my Versa today and at first everything worked perfectly but as soon and I went outside for my run the quality was awful! Static, skipping, unbearable to have on with each step I took! The wireless earbuds aren’t super high end so I’m wondering if that’s why the connection is terrible. I bought this Versa so I could be without my phone for runs and I want to use the earbuds that have zero wires - like Apple Airpods. Does anyone have a solution or has gotten a pair that works great? This is a huge disappointment! I’m a long time Fitbit wearer and was super happy with the Versa up until now.

Let me help you with your Versa not getting a signal to your headphones. I suggest your restart your Versa then remove the headphones from your phone to avoid it trying to connect with them. Finally pair your headphones again and try to use the Versa on the same side the headphone's bt radio emitter.
