Wireless Headphones not pairing to Versa

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have followed the instructions to pair my wireless headphone to my versa and it keeps telling me that a device can not be found.  Are beats not a supported Bluetooth device? Can anyone tell me how to get them to pair?

Thanks Jen

I have the same issue with my Beats Headphones. I'm start to thinking that Beats are not supported by Versa.

Is there a solution in progress for this?

I figured out what my problem was I had to "forget the device" on my phone
in order for them to pair with my Versa. Hope this helps you out too!

Hello @jen11101980 and @JuniorLucio, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

appreciate you have brought this to my attention. Please note that the Fitbit Versa should be able to connect with your wireless headphones.

@jen11101980, thank you for coming back and let us know the troubleshooting steps you've performed in order to resolve this situation, I'm sure they will be helpful for many members of the Community facing the same situation.

@JuniorLucio, if your wireless headphones are not connecting to the Versa and you've already tried @jen11101980 suggestions, please try the following:

  • Restart the Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  • Restart your wireless headphones according to the manufacturer instructions.
  • Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere when pairing the headphones.
  • Put the headphones in pairing mode
  • Go to the Settings app in the Versa > Bluetooth > +Audio Device and follow the onscreen instructions.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Nothing has worked for me either.  I tried all of the steps and my headphones will not connect.  I have the Pioneer Wireless Ironman headphones.  Has anyone else gotten this to work?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for letting us know you've tried the troubleshooting steps listed earlier. At this moment, I would like to suggest you the following:

  1. Make sure every device that has paired with the Bluetooth headphones is turned off.
  2. Restart your headphones based on the instructions from its manufacturer
  3. Try to add it again in the Versa.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.

I had a Fitbit Versa and could pair with no problem.  I just got the Fitbit  Versa 2 and it will not pair.  I have tried everything.  I also cannot get weather to work at all, I have tried everything.  I call customer support and they are no help .

Frustrating!!!

To get your Beats wireless to re-pair with your phone, hole the earbud's power button down and it should pair to your phone's bluetooth.  I can't help you to get the Versa to work though.

See above.  "Forget the device" on the phone and then pair the beats with the Versa 2.  then you can pair the beats back to your phone.  It worked for me!
