Hello @Adwright, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

appreciate you have brought this to my attention. Please note that the Fitbit Versa should be able to connect with your wireless headphones. If your wireless headphones are not connecting to the Versa, please try the following:

  • Restart the Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  • Restart your wireless headphones according to the manufacturer instructions.
  • Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere when pairing the headphones.
  • Put the headphones in pairing mode
  • Go to the Settings app in the Versa > Bluetooth > +Audio Device and follow the onscreen instructions.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

I had the same problem, so I took it back to best buy, cause both versa and headphones were less then 24 hours old...it took them some time to fix the problem, they unpaired the headphones from my phone, reset versa , and then paired the versa to the headphones and said that they cannot be connected to two things, but that isn't what the headphone instructions say...good luck

I did everything said here and my JVC headphones won’t pair. I’ve taken them off my phone and turned my phone Bluetooth off while trying. It’s not the headphones
