Wireless headphones

I go through the bluetooth settings on the versa, connect my wireless headphones and they work just fine.  I go to use them the next time they say device not found. I literally have to go into the bluetooth setting delete them from the list, rsync them and then they work again. Anyone have a solution for this? Idk if its the versa or the headphones.

Do you use your headphones with any other device? If so do you make sure the headphones are not connected to the other device?

 Yes, I use them with my phone once in a great while but always turn my phones bluetooth off when I'm done.
