Had a Versa since last May and am one of the lucky ones where music, sleep detection, and receiving messages were never an issue. After latest update battery drains very fast, doesn't detect sleep anymore, and messages are delay by a few minutes after the phone gets it. Anyone else???
Sleep tracking is key, and Versa was wonky at best (compare to my Charge 2)….should I give up and get an Ionic instead??

Hi @rphcc7 , put your Versa in the charger for two to three hours. After exit Fitbit (assuming you have the latest version) on your phone, restart your phone and Versa and restart Fitbit app and sync it with your Versa. Usually this solves most of these problems. Regards kuzibri

Hi, you can restart your Versa with the two buttons method: press and hold the left and lower right buttom together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Regards kuzibri

I have been getting simplified sleep stages for the last 8 days. Firmware update to date, Fitbit app up to date. I have ios13.1.3
I have the versa light. Battery not low. its so frustrating.

Hi..tried all of that and it made things worse. Before I would get partial sleep pattern and maybe every other day. Now it's not tracking any for the past week...zero nada. I've resetted my versa twice and shut off and restart software and phone twice each...…….Arghhhhhhh
