Woke up to a Black screen

Woke up this morning to a black screen. it vibrates and when i have tried resetting it, the screen does nothing.  I have tried all the troubleshooting that I have seen on here. Still not working. I only brought it 6 weeks ago... 😞

Fitbit chat has had me sitting for over an hour with nothing. 

 

Any advice?

Hi @MattSha712  - it may have a flat battery or a clock fault, or a faulty screen.

 

Try charging the watch and after 10 minutes double tap the screen and swipe the face to the left. If nothing appears it may be flat or a faulty screen.

 

Try cleaning and check the charger How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen 

 

If while on the charger the watch will sync and double tapping produces nothing on the screen then the screen is faulty and the watch needs replacing under warranty where you bought it.

 

If while on the charger the watch won't sync, the battery could be flat and the fault may be the charge cable which you can get online or from Fitbit under warranty.

 

Fitbit Support are also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

I have since contacted Fitbit for a replacement as its a faulty screen
