I woke up this morning and my screen was black. Thought it need charge. Put it on the charger and the app said it was fully charged. Wouldn’t turn on. Did a reset and some lines showed on the screen and then went black again. Did it several more times. Came back on for a few seconds and then faded away to black. I get the vibration and green light still. I also got a very distorted date once. It was working perfectly when I went to bed. Cannot figure out what is wrong. Is it over for my Versa?

Hi @Nbctchick @JessR94 Try a Factory Reset and see if that fixes it (you will need to set up again). If the problem isnt resolved you will need to contact Support - please bear in mind that support has longer than usual wait times due tonthe impact of the Coronavirus on Fitbit staffing.
BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.

Crazy thing is that my Fitbit seems to still be tracking. The screen is just not working. Someone else posted on another thread that changing the clock face might work. I tried that and it worked for about 10 seconds and then slowly faded to a distorted image and then went black. Unfortunately, I have had this one for a little more than a year. Really don't want to buy a new watch. I feel like this happened after their latest update. I cannot figure out what could have caused this. I literally went to bed and woke up to this problem. Very frustrating.
