Hi all,
I first purchased my Versa in August of 2018. It had been connecting to bluetooth on my phone (iPhone X) and giving text/app notifications up until the iOS 12 update. Now, my versa won’t connect to bluetooth or give notifications, and it can only sync over wi-fi.
I’ve tried just about every trick on the help forums, including removing my device on the Fitbit app, deleting the app and re-downloading it, restarting my iPhone, and restarting my Versa multiple times. Nothing seems to work.
Is there a solution to this problem that I’m just missing, or do I have to wait for Fitbit to work out the issues in their software?

I've been having issues with my versa not connecting to bluetooth lately. I've checked notifications, made sure it was connected, uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. Sometimes it connects but mostly it doesn't. My steps and HR don't sync up all day and that's frustrating when my steps are linked to a couple other apps. I don't receive my text msgs or phone calls in it any longer!! I would like to get this resolved soon!! I'm about to give up on the versa!!
