Won’t allow me to change my display name-Versa 2

I cannot change my display name on my versa 2. I also lost several friends and cannot send requests or see requests.

For instructions on how to change your display name, please follow these steps. Whether you are still unable to do so, please provide us with more information on why you can't change it and attach a screen shot of any error.

 

Regarding the situation with your friends, this is usually caused by creating a new Fitbit account. I would recommend logging out from the Fitbit app and logging back in. Please make sure to enter the email address you used when first created your Fitbit account. To delete the extra Fitbit account please follow these instructions.
