Hi,
My new fitbit allows me to connect to it, and start the set up process but it says in order to use it I have to update the firmware. I have since attempted to update it a dozen times and none of them have worked as it keeps crashing or freezing.
The first time I tried to update it it had a progress bar on the screen but crashed for no reason halfway through and I had to start again. This happened a few times. However now when I try to update it there is no progress bar and it switches back to the "download the app" starter screen yet my phone says it is updating.
Now it has gotten to the "Updating 100%" screen on my phone but it sits like that for ages and then crashes for no reason.
Has anyone encountered this and found a solution. I just want to get it working.
