Won't allow me to set up my new fitbit

So I brought my Fitbit versa the other day set it up on my android phone all fine set up was easy. After a few hours it stoped synching to my Fitbit app.

 

Deleted the app restarted the versa, followed every guide online to troubel shoot the problem. Still nothing worked!!!

 

Even reset it to factory setting and wouldn't even let me start a new set up what so ever couldn't even find the versa. So ended up setting it up on a friend's phone.

 

Again today tried to connect the versa to my Fitbit app same issue it will not find it at all. 

 

Paid so much money for this and I can't even use it dam thing at all

 

I need help before I end up sending it back!

Does your phone still list a bluetooth connection to the Versa?  If so, try un-pairing it.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi yeah I have done all that as well. Even cleared Bluetooth cache and still nothing 😞
