Won’t charge or turn on

My versa won’t charge. I’ve tried multiple plug ins.  I was on the chat with someone but they had me do something that lost our connection. Nobody called me or emailed me back. I cleaned the gold pieces. It was fully charged but only lasted a day and a half. This Fitbit is only 2 months old so this should not be happening.

Hi @Shelbyham  Have you tried restarting the Versa several times? If that doesnt help, please come back here.
