Very disappointed, thought for the money my Versa would last longer than 16 months. I have tried the recommended "fixes" but nothing has worked. When placed on the charger it no longer displays the battery charge level %, I cannot get it to turn on, and I've used the buttons hold reset "fix" already without success. Any other ideas? Bummer it happens just outside of the warranty period too.

Mine is less than that (8 months) and it’s useless. I had to go back to my Charge (which is working perfectly). I’m hoping to get s replacement. Once that one goes I’m done with Fitbit. I’ve been a Fitbit user since the beginning (the original tracker) but They don’t acknowledge issues or stand behind their products anymore. Too many people having the same issues to be “one offs”..
