I just opened my new versa and I was super excited! Except it won’t charge. At all. Wondering if I just got a dud and should go exchange it or if others are having this problem and I should just got with the Apple Watch...

It sounds like you got a dud. Can you return it to where you bought it from? Better to return it before you pass he exchange or return date. Then you’re stuck going through Fitbit.

Until it is set up ypi wont see anything.
Charge it for 2 hours and then set it up

It’s been on the charger since I opened it. All there is in the screen is a big battery with 0% on it. It won’t let me do anything else.

The charger was the dud! We took it back to target and compared the chargers and the prongs were most definitely the problem. New one is completely charged and updating now. Can't wait put it to use!

Got a new Fitbit Versa to replace my Surge. The Versa charged up once and now is dead as a doornail and wont charge on any electrical source, wall plug, via the MacBook or any other way. Is the Versa a dud?
