Won't connect to Bluetooth

My versa 2 can't connect to my Bluetooth it just says "need another app"

Hi, @Kellygerard1980 it sounds like you are trying to connect your Versa 2 using the Bluetooth settings area of your phone.  You cannot do this and that is why you are getting that message.

The connection has to be made in the Fitbit app.  If your Versa 2 is set up on your app, then log in to the Fitbit app, that should prompt a message asking you if you want to pair your Versa 2 - say yes!  Alternatively if you don’t get that message then try going to notifications and setting that up.  That should prompt the app to ask if you want to pair.  If you are still having difficulty, please post again letting us know which phone you use.  There is always someone here to help.
