Won't connect to Samsung J3 Luna

I've gotten the versa for a present and cannot connect it to my Samsung J3 Luna Pro straight talk phone. I have the fitbit app. It won't sync.

Is this phone not compatible? And will it ever be?

Hi @MelTin Unfortunately your phone is not on the Supported Devices List. Fitbit dont say what phones they are working on and which phones are likely to be added to the list, so there is no way to know if it will be added, or when that is likely to be. All you can do is work through all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems.
