My fitbit versa will not download my pandora stations. I have a paid subscription. I have tried everything! Help!

I don't know what 'everything' is. Here is what worked for my Ionic and I am assuming it should work for the Versa as well.

 

1.  On the phone app, go to the Versa options and tap on media and then Pandora and enter your logon information. (I assume you have done this but...).  I also assume you have selected your stations on the Pandora site. Versa will download the top three selected stations on your list.

 

2.  Put your Versa on the charger in the location where you have your wi-fi. Pandora will only download on wi-fi. Versa won't start download unless it is on the charger.

 

3. Manually start a sync and then leave the unit untouched for about an hour or two. You can try checking for activity during this time by tapping on the screen (without removing it from the charger). A download in progress will show up on the screen.
