Just got my Versa yesterday and it won't finish the download or set up process. Has been stuck for hours. I have tried deleting the app, turning wifi on and off, and turning watch on and off. What's next?

My new versa has been installing the software for going on 6 hours, so I'm also stuck. Any solutions out there?

Give Fitbit support a call and they will walk you through any resetting, etc., that you need to do.
