Won't hold a charge

First stop recording my heart rate and now it won't hold a charge

Hi @chele67 - before you contact Support, please try re-starting your Versa. Instructions are here. Sometimes it take a restart or two to snap things back to normal. If the re-starts don’t help, then the next suggestion is to power the Versa off completely ... wait a few minutes ... then turn it back on.  Instructionsa are here
