Won't pair, won't connect to spotify

Brand new versa lite. Paired fine initially but when i tried to add the spotify app for fitbit it won't allow me to install. Says the fitbit app and device need to be updated, which they are. So i unpaired versa after resetting phone did nothing. Now it won't pair again. 

So 2 issues- no spotify, won't pair. 

Rescue me!
