Hello @Dm78ga 

 

Are you showing as successfully connected to your phones Bluetooth or is it not showing at all? Also can you please tell me if the phone is compatible with the Fitbit app? Are you using Android or iOS? 

The Fitbit app is compatible with most popular phones and tablets. To set up and use your Fitbit products and services, you must install the Fitbit app on a compatible device running one of the following operating systems:

 

  • Apple iOS 14 and higher  
  • Android 8 or higher

Does your phone meet that requirement?
