So my versa is majorly glitching out. I’ve re set it many many times and the clock face keeps flashing (no I’m not wearing it) this flashing on is draining the battery and it’s not usable I can’t tap on the screen or the left button to get to any other screen... what do I do? I’ve tried contacting fit bit but no response.

Have you tried to change the clock face? I recommend switching to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face. I did get ahold of someone and changing the clock faced worked!! Thanks for helping
