Trying to sync but app shows “looking” even after shutting iPhone off

I replaced my Fitbit Alta with a Fitbit Versa a month ago, and I have had constant problems synchronizing since (using iPhone 6).

Occasionally the Versa can sync, but only if it has been charged to 100%. Does not work with on 94% charge.

This is really annoying and I hope that the developer is looking into this issue, as I have noted that many more experiences this problem and only were complicated solutions are provided.

May I please ask to have this bug fixed?
