Won't sync on my new phone

I bought a new phone a Mororola Moto 06 and have tried for a week to get my versa to sync. I've tried the help on the site and did everything. Nothing worked.

@David_o2bfit Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not connecting to your Moto 06, even though you have tried all the possible solutions.

 

As my friend @SunsetRunner mentioned, if your phone is not in the Supported devices list that he shared above, we don't guarantee that it will connect. If you have a computer, you can connect your Versa through your computer. To do so, please follow the steps listed in this help article, under the subject "Fitbit Connect".
